Polymer Comply Europe (PCE) is pleased to announce its next Live Webinar: Practical Guideline on Brexit for Plastics Converters, organised on behalf of European Plastics Converters (EuPC) and the British Plastics Federation (BPF).
The live webinar will take place on the 16th of June 2020 between 11.00 - 13.00 CET and will examine the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union highlighting the upcoming challenges for the plastics industry.
The discussion will gather experts from the British & European Plastics Associations (BPF & EuPC) and from the Chemservice UK.

Meet the Speakers
Lesley Batchelor OBE is a champion of UK exporters, with a powerful track record in enhancing the export performance of hundreds of businesses. From a blue-chip background, she worked as director general of the Institute of Export (IOE) for 12 years promoting professionalism and the need for qualifications and support for businesses. Co-Chair of the Bribery Act 2010 Scrutiny expert panel working with DFID and the Gov. Anti-corruption Champion; advising on APPG Advisory Panels on Trade & Investment and Manufacturing and Select Committees supporting SMEs. ICC/WTO MSME trade negotiation. WTO Alliance & Trade & Investment Committee. Lesley now runs Exportbootcamps.com an ICC and ILM accredited training company with a real difference. She has invaluable expertise in intellectual property, global licensing and marketing. Awarded CBI Real Business First Woman in Business Services and CEO of the year from Trade Association Congress in 2015. Lesley is often sought out for comment on Brexit and international trade issues writing thought leadership pieces for many journals, TV and radio stations.
Lara Dickens is the Managing Director of Chemservice UK, an independent regulatory affairs service provider and part of the Chemservice Group, advising clients worldwide on chemical regulatory compliance, including REACH, CLP and biocides as well as providing support related to UK chemical regulations particularly as a result of Brexit. Prior to this she worked for a multinational company, gaining significant experience in chemical regulations and developing product defence strategies, having responsibility for EU regulatory compliance and advising the global businesses on product stewardship matters including responsible supply chain developments and requirements.
Geoffroy Tillieux graduated in 2000 from Solvay Business School, specialisation Finance, Université Libre de Bruxelles, and obtained a Master in Law in 2012 from Université Catholique de Louvain. He has been working for the European Plastics Converters Association since 2000. As Director of the EuPC Technical Department, Geoffroy coordinates the raw materials committee, food contact issues and risk assessments related to the REACH legislation. He also heads the Regulatory Compliance Services Division of Polymer Comply Europe, EuPC’s service company.
